Refund & Returns Policy

Custom products are made just for you. Every CrewGleam order is produced on demand based on your design, so we cannot resell returned items. Here is how we keep it fair:

If we got it wrong, we make it right. If your order arrives with a production defect — wrong size shipped, printing errors, damaged finishes, or quality issues — contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint the affected items or issue a full refund for them, your choice. No need to ship anything back.

If the artwork was approved as-is. We are unable to offer refunds for issues visible in the approved preview (spelling, layout, colors within normal screen-to-fabric variance) or for sizing choices. Please double-check your proof and our size charts (in both inches and cm) before confirming.

Color note. Screens display colors differently than fabric. Minor variance between the on-screen preview and the finished garment is normal and not considered a defect. For color-critical orders, order a sample first.

Samples. Sample orders (qty 1) are charged at the listed sample price. When you place a bulk order of the same design within 60 days, the full sample price is credited back automatically.

Order changes & cancellations. You can modify or cancel free of charge any time before your artwork passes review and enters production. Once production starts, changes are no longer possible.
