Information you provide

When you place an order, contact us or submit a bulk inquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, order details, garment and size selections, design information, project details and optional artwork. We use this information to provide checkout, produce and deliver orders, answer support requests, prevent fraud and maintain business records.

Artwork and design files

Artwork submitted with an online order and the related garment previews are stored privately for order production and support. They are available only to authorized administrators and service providers that need them to fulfil the order. Bulk-inquiry attachments are also stored outside the public website directory. Design Studio artwork is not sent to CrewGleam until the customer adds the design to the cart.

Payments

Online payments are processed by the payment options displayed at checkout, which may include Stripe-supported payment methods and PayPal. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy notices. CrewGleam does not receive or store the complete card number entered in the secure payment fields.

Technical information and cookies

Our web host, WordPress, WooCommerce, payment, security and maintenance services may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, cookies and security events. Essential cookies and similar storage are used for the cart, checkout, payment security and site operation.

Analytics and similar technologies

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use CrewGleam, improve the Design Studio and checkout experience, and measure website and marketing performance. Google Analytics may process information such as device and browser details, approximate location derived from IP address, referral source, pages viewed, interactions, and purchase or conversion events through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not intentionally send Google Analytics names, email addresses, uploaded artwork, payment credentials, or other information that directly identifies a customer. Our Google Analytics tag uses IP anonymization. Google may process analytics information under its own terms and privacy policy. You can limit analytics collection through browser cookie controls, script-blocking settings, or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Sharing and service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, email, payment processing, fraud prevention, production, shipping, tracking, security and maintenance. They may process information only as needed to provide those services, complete an order or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Order, payment, artwork, inquiry and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for production, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete information by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business records.

International processing

Because CrewGleam works with international service providers and production and delivery partners, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to limit access and use it for the purposes described above.

This notice may change as ordering, payment, shipping or other site features change. The current version will be posted on this page.
