Start with the cleanest source you have

Use the original export rather than a screenshot or an image copied from a message thread. A transparent PNG works best for logos and isolated graphics because the empty background stays clear on the garment preview.

  • Keep important text and fine details large enough to remain readable at the intended print size.
  • Crop unnecessary empty space so positioning the artwork is easier.
  • Check that the visible background is intentional before uploading.

Position and review every production view

Upload the file in the Design Studio, select Front, Back, Left sleeve or Right sleeve, then drag and resize it on that view. Each location keeps its own placement. Use the four-angle preview before adding the design to the cart.

  • Artwork can extend beyond the garment edge in the editor; the preview hides the area outside the garment.
  • The first artwork location is included and up to five locations are supported.
  • Paid orders privately retain the source artwork and exact placement information for production.
