Online order support

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a production or delivery concern, include clear photographs when relevant. Do not email payment-card details.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if an address, size, artwork or order detail is incorrect. Because products are customized, a change or cancellation is possible only before the affected production work begins. We cannot guarantee that a submitted order can be changed.

Bulk orders and project quotes

For teams, events, brands and larger programs, use the Bulk Orders form or email us. Include the approximate quantity, garment preference, size range, artwork, desired finish, destination and target date.
