2. Your artwork, your responsibility. By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or hold a valid license to use it, and that it does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, or publicity rights. You grant us a limited license to reproduce the artwork solely to produce and fulfill your order.
3. Artwork review. Every uploaded file is reviewed by a human before production. We will refuse — and fully refund — any order containing trademarked characters or logos, celebrity likenesses, sports team marks, hate symbols, or other content we reasonably believe to be infringing or unlawful. Our refusal or acceptance of artwork does not constitute legal advice, and acceptance does not transfer responsibility for the artwork’s legality from you to us. If you’d like, our design team can offer an original alternative.
4. Production & delivery estimates. Timelines shown at checkout (Standard and Rush) are good-faith estimates including production and shipping, not guarantees. International logistics can occasionally cause delays beyond our control; we will keep you informed. Delivery includes customs duties (DDP) unless stated otherwise.
5. Prices & payment. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal; we never store your card details. Orders enter production only after payment and artwork approval.
6. Quality commitment. Finishes are wash-tested. Care instructions are included with every order; damage caused by not following them (e.g., ironing directly on prints) is not covered.
7. Intellectual property. The CrewGleam name, site content, and our original designs remain our property. Your artwork remains yours.
8. Liability. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including event dates missed due to carrier delays — please order with reasonable buffer for date-critical events.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Updates to these terms take effect when posted on this page.
